What's included?
The robot vacuum and its self-emptying dock, plus a power cord, 2 spare side brushes, 1 dust bag, and the user manual.
How does the self-emptying dock work?
After cleaning, the robot returns to the dock. The dock recharges the robot and pulls the debris out of the robot's dustbin into the base, so you empty the base instead of the robot.
Do I need Wi-Fi to use it?
No. You can start and stop a clean with the power button on top of the robot. Wi-Fi is for pairing it with the Orvel Home app, where you can start, pause, and schedule cleans.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Dallas, TX within 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
